A crime spree was a natural event for the former grass cutting prince from New Orleans. He always went on crime sprees. Sumner, Washington was different. The police finally caught up with him. Now you see, the cops got the prostitute to turn on him. When the police caught the Sumner, Washington prostitute, the truth finally unfolded.
